SUMMARY: The Parks and Recreation Department (Parks) produces cultural activities to promote the quality of life in the communities it serves. A sponsorship received for the Legends on the Lawn event from Nostalgic America offset the expenses of this concert at Canyon Amphitheater. This Agreement has been fully executed on behalf of the Board of County Commissioners (BCC) by the Director of Parks in accordance with Resolution 2008-1109, amended by R2010-0644, R2014-0168 and R2017-1367. Parks is now submitting this Agreement in accordance with PPM CW-O-051, which requires all delegated agreements to be submitted by the initiating department to the BCC as a receive and file agenda item.
